yeah that's very unfortunate, really know what you feel. But as we all mentioned, we've all been there, and it's almost fixed. It sucks when you are the one at fault, and you punish yourself thinking that it could have easily been avoided IF... had that too.
Post picks of the job you've done, I am sure we all would like to see how it revived

She's back but I may send her back in because I don't think the bumper is totally flush. The manager said he would order a new bracket from Lexus and redo it.

I walked around and checked the color in different angles in different lights and it was a good match. I also had my son walk around multiple times to check the parking sensors - which worked well.

The manager then told me that everyone loved the car and the color combination and started asking about the mileage LOL! So that's it for now.

Congrats! Can you post a pic of where you don't think it's flush?

I tried to but the lighting wasn't quite getting it. I'll try to get a picture when I get home

From the pics, you can't tell how bad it is, but your car certainly looks good, almost brand spanking new. Glad the shop will take care of the alignment.

But I have to say, if that's your son in the second picture, he looks guilty with that smile even if he wasn't driving .
