Default Lexus dealer benefits

Hi All,

Just wanted to start a thread to see what kind of dealer benefits are offered to Lexus folks.

I am in Houston and my dealer offers

1.First 5 routine maintenance to be free.
2. car pickup/dropoff from home/work for maintenance.
3. loaner car and free car wash during maintenance.

I would have loved to see weekend free car wash ( I heard some dealers offer it) but not mine.

waiting to hear what others are getting!!

One of the two dealers that I bought Lexus' from offered free car washes anytime to customers who purchased from them. They asked that customers not abuse it but generally you can get a wash anytime.

The closest Lexus dealer to me is about 90 miles away. They used to offer free pick up and return for service even from 90 miles away, but they stopped offering that service 4 or 5 years ago. As far as I know, they do still offer free car washes at any time, but, since they are 90 miles from me, that is not a perk that I'm likely to take advantage of. They do have a more luxurious waiting room and premium coffee, but the "price" for those niceties is paying twice as much or more for the same service that I get from the local Toyota dealer.

My Lexus dealership provides these benefits:
1) Always gives a car wash --> Good for those who don't care about car paint and swirl markings.
2) Shuttle service is provided for short jobs. But car rental is provided if they are keeping car for more than one day.
3) Breakfast ticket provided if you come in early and wait for them. There's actually a small cafe on the 2nd floor with simple food like egg sandwich, cereal, etc. There's the standard coffee machine and bottled water.

Do all Lexus dealers offer a loaner while vehicle is being serviced?

My dealer offers free washes anytime, any amount. Loaner when car in for service, whether for an hour or longer free of charge - you pay for gas... Free pickup at your place of choice - home or workplace - when scheduled for maintenance. Free state inspection for all cars in your immediate family including non Lexus cars. I had my Corvette inspected there for free... I believe that this is the largest Lexus dealer in Pennsylvania. I don't use their wash service due to fear of swirls and the car always comes back wet. I usually wait for the car during (free) state inspection and don't have any maintenance work done at the dealer except warranty which is now over... They used to give breakfast gift cards for a restaurant nearby but that's over now. Pretty good for those who take advantage of the freebies...
