Another option is Fire Agate/Parchment.

My 2010 parchment came with darker tan mats, not sure why they went back to parchment color mats.

I think it does clash, but just about every nebula gray in Texas has a parchment interior. Had to do a dealer locate for a nebula gray with light gray interior and there were only 2 that showed up.
