Default Illuminated door sills

Is anyone selling illuminated door sills for the 2013 ES 350? I can't find any on the Internet.

I like the look. I could see the nice cool glow of the blue with the hybrid.

If I recall correctly, isn't that a dealer installed option? I wonder how difficult it is to install, and if its pre-wired.

Too bad the poor bastards can't even use a Lexus product in their ads.

Two-sided tape makes anything fit anything.

So we still don't know if the wiring is already there or not?

I looked into this and found that on some models - pre 2013 - the wiring was there whether you had the sills installed or not. On the 2013 Lexus ES 350 the wiring IS NOT preinstalled.
I checked the installation instructions for the 2013's and it is not an easy install. I would like to have them but don't want the dash and carpets torn up to do it.

Thanks Bill. Sounds more complicated than replace and plug-in.

Default I installed my illuminated door sills 13 ES300h

It’s an easy install for the average person (not as easy as the IS install on YouTube). I bought them from Sewell using our Club Lexus discount. I have already received compliments on the look of the sills.

Fifteen pages of instructions and specialized tool requirements, to me, is not an easy install.
Happy for you that you installed these as I'm sure they look great. I guess "easy" is subjective. I'll pass...

Look much better white lit than blue.
Installed a oem white lit set on a '10 RX350 I owned and it was an easy plug and play install.

I'll bet they look great. Too bad Lexus decided to not include wiring in the 2013's.
