Is it possible to buy an ES with individual options instead of options packages?

I see on their site that you can buy accessories, but I'm talking about options.

Other makers like BMW, have option packages as well, but every option in every option package can be purchased "a la carte" individually.

I don't see any way to do this on the Lexus website?

I believe you can do a custom order through the dealer.

I believe you can do it but I believe you will find that some selections require the purchase of other options so your real choices are somewhat limited. I special ordered my ES and only had to wait a couple of months but I was informed as soon as they tried to place the order that the car would only be built as I wanted with the inclusion of a couple options - like the rear sunscreen - that I really didn't want. Wasn't too big a deal though and basically I have just what I wanted.

I wish you could build a car with individual custom options on their website without having to deal with the stealorship.
