Lexus and I have settled, and I was told to sign a discloser document agreement cannot discuse what was the result. Yes, I signed.

BS okay, that is your opinion? There is no BS I have made an agreement wether it was a fix or a payout I have decided to sign off on it and cannot disclose the information. Great sense of humor glad I have some. Just like the ML system it got fixed didn't it or is that BS as well,

Dude, the NDA , if there is one, is between you and Lexus. This forum although public, does not give out your personal info so anything said is pretty much anonymous. After all your ranting about the ventilated seats, then telling us that you've resolved your issue with a NDA is just BS. Just my opinion too

Sometimes, issues (and people) just need to be ignored so they go away. This is one of those issues. This thread was resolved a long time ago...

Then why are you still posting? Issues resolved.

BTW, I never said BS. However, I have seen several instances where Lexus has made deals with members here and elsewhere and nobody has ever been asked to sign an "NDA", of if they have they've never made such a big deal about it, even situations where cars have been bought back.
