Default GPS on my new ES 300h
I resumed on the new ES 300h and I'm from Israel, I tried to install the GPS on the vehicle and i couldn't, can anyone help me please?

Not sure what you mean.
The built in NAV comes with the car from the factory and can't be installed in afterwards.

how can i change the NAV from USA to EU?
or, how can i add google map to my Navigation System?

How exactly did you acquire the vehicle? I would think each country would have their own area specific nav S/W.

I imported the car by myself from the United States

It's probably just a software change. Have you contacted Lexus?

I think a Lexus dealer will have updated NAV maps for your country.
