Default Upgraded wife's car to a sedan

Wife currently owns a 03 V6 accord coupe, and it's always so much work to climb into the backseat to put our 10 month old baby girl in the car seat (we normally take the baby in my Evolution X on most occasions). So on Superbowl Sunday, 49ers vs Ravens we hit up the Lexus of Concord in NorCal to find all the sales people watching the game since the showroom was empty. We landed a really good deal and picked up a ES350 with Luxury package, Nav and blind spot. Very happy with it and it's become the full time swagger wagon.

Congratulations, at least you had something to celebrate on Sunday... Nice that you got the blind spot monitor, the rear cross traffic alert that it comes with is a must-have

Congrats, I'm sure it will be an enjoyable car to drive.

Congratulations.
Can you share the deal and price you got? I'm in the market now and looking at different bay area dealerships for best deal.
Thanks

Thanks
I have been working with our very excellent sales person (ask for Jason at Concord, tell him Matt with the Evo recommended you) for over a month now going over the IS250. We decided on a last ditch effort to look at the ES since a lot of the IS drawbacks weren't present. On the Saturday we drove the gas version and went over the vehicle well and since the hybrid was only $2700 more we decided to come back on Superbowl Sunday since our baby girl was getting tired.

Came back Sunday, drove the hybrid and decided to run some numbers on both versions. The hybrid version we wanted wasn't instock, but the gasoline version was. We got such a good deal on the gasoline version we took it. MSRP was $44398, we ended up paying $40398 and during financing got an even better rate than our CU rate and the bank threw in free 5 year dent pro coverage. Overall we think a lot of things like timing and such helped us land a good deal. We were the only buyers that day at Concord.

Hope you have good luck in finding a good deal.

Yea I'm really impressed with the "safety toys" that this car comes with. I think my only wish for the car would be if it had Bi-Xenon HID projectors (hi and low beam integrated), even my Evolution X has that.

My eyes aren't like they use to be. I'm glad I got the HID since it does make a difference. Problem is that they're not self leveling, as advertised.

If you have HIDs, they are self leveling. They aren't adaptive, but they should be self leveling.

There's a thread on this. You tell me if your HIDs do the auto check (up and down at start up), or level on hills or crest.

Thank you unowned for sharing your buying experience with me. Did the 40k+ price include fees and taxes or that is additional?

Cheers

SW10ES is right. The '13 ES has self leveling HIDs but they're not adaptive like my '11 ES...I wish they were.

Mine do, but I don't have an ES.

All Toyota vehicles with HID have auto leveling
