AnnHazard, it does not matter if you use Outlook because the problem is with the import process itself. I tried it with more than just Outlook when I had my problems. There is a bug in the import software. Clean the data as stated if you are still having issues.

It's also interesting there is another problem with contacts in multiple places, but this was not the issue I had long ago. It was the import process terminating at characters it did not like.
