for historical context, here's what last year's promo was

http://www.stevinsonlexusoffrederick...er-to-remember

they CURRENTLY have 1.9% for 60 months for the ES350/300h, which another member reported that he got.
My salesperson warned me that december to remember could exclude the ES series this year since it is such a hot seller, regardless of what some naysayers/trolls (?) say (Ahem, https://www.clublexus.com/forums/7577173-post1.html )

since they currently have a nice 1.9% going on now, it MAY be possible that the ES may be excluded. I hope to be wrong.

Looking over the 2011 promo, they included all the "entry levels" vehicles (IS/ES/CT/RX) but excluded the GS/LS/GX.

---------------------- New info - details unveiled-------------------
December to remember event has started. Unfortunately, no specials purchase for ES350 or ES300H. no owner loyalty discount, nada.

No lease specials for ES300h.
but ES350 $497 month with $1 down. my first post will be updated with this info

We've been shopping around for a new car at Lexus, BMW, Auid and MB dealers and it does seem like most of the mfgrs are starting their various winter events a little earlier this year.

X.
Trolls? Really, come on. I already said that I was a proud owner of a 2013 ES, but was just concerned about not seeing many out there and the discount I got on it right off the bat. Sheesh.

I've read that Lexus, being a premium brand, doesn't advertise discounts or rebates on their vehicles other then low financing (local dealership rebate specials notwithstanding). So I don't expect to see any discounts being offered on the ES series, particularly the ES 300h.

On the other hand, even though the ES is revised for this year, I'm sure people are getting discounts (negotiated or given) on the ES350 since this is their main stream vehicle like the RX350. I think I could have negotiated a better price on the ES350 then on my ES300h, but maybe not 4K off MSRP in my area. I think I could have gotten invoice + $500 - $1K for the ES350. Instead, I got only $1.8K off MSRP on the ES300h since there weren't many available here.

Most premium brands are gearing up towards improving year-end sales. BMW is heavily advertised their sales event of up to $3500 rebate. Toyota has been very aggressive to sell their products traditionally and I do think Lexus will offer some reasonable sales event this year as well.

There were no new models among the vehicles eligible for the December to remember promotions. That's what makes it a tossup.

Hopefully, the owner loyalty discount will be back.

Edit
@gtgrad, my apologies for the name calling. It is just sour grapes on my part because I did not get a deal anywhere close to yours. And don't worry about not seeing it around. It's fresh on the market. My local dealership doesn't have a single one in stock.

GTGRAD did get a fantastic deal. I too didn't get that kind of deal and wish I had. I was hoping to work up from invoice, but not with the limited ES300h color combo and options in our area, and we've got about 5 dealers within 50 miles. I contacted all 5 of them too using all the available discounts (AAA, Costco, Edmunds/Yahoo $1000 over invoice internet disc). I would have been happy with 1K over invoice.

No worries. I must admit when I was calling around and heard about the deals this particular dealer was giving (without any negotiation), I was blown away. I had to ask like 5 times to make sure it was on the 2013 and not the 2012.

From reading some of the other posts, I think it is much harder to find a good deal on a 350H vs. a 350.

the 300h is definitely harder to find and given that they are making 75% es350 and 25% 300h, the "shortage" is not going to get any better.

Apparently some are also getting deals on the 300h, as told on this board. I guess it all depends on location, supply and demand. I know I could have gotten a deal, near invoice or close to it, for the 350, but they didn't seem to want to deal on the 300h here in No. Cal.

Gtgrad95 can you share the dealer (or their initials) in ATL you purchased from. I'm in the area and looking at a 350. Thanks!

I also use HLG it is a great dealership. Much better than the 2 I dealt with in NJ before moving to GA. Still waiting for my 300h to arrive.

Whenever someone gets something for a lot less than everyone else I see cautionary flags. Are they new to the website? How does the price compare to what most others get? Did the car they get have some miles on it from being test driven, or driven by the owners wife for a couple of months? If it sounds to good to be true it usually is.
