If your negotiating skills are as good as ProfessorP, you can get an ES300h now below dealer's invoice, and that probably includes all their incentives and holdbacks. Invoice is about 10% below MSRP, so Mr. Professor got a steal, but I'm sure with a lot of negotiations and patience.

I don't have the patience lol! But from perusing the boards I don't think I'll stop until I get 3-4k off which honestly is more than I was expecting.

I see you are in GA, and I believe that good deals can be had in the Atlanta area where there are several dealers. I seem to recall a poster from Chattanooga that went to Atlanta for a good deal.
