I just leased on Monday the 300 H (I had the H250H for the last three years). I am noticing a high pitched almost whistling sound when driving (not the sound from braking or the normal engine whine associated with the hybrid). Anyone else having this? Any ideas?

I do not have anything like that !
Just the sound when braking.

Neither of the ESh's I test drove had the whistle except when braking. There is a very faint sound when coasting, but barely detectable.

I have 625 miles on mine and there is no whistle...except from the people seeing it drive by
