Those tires came on my 2010, and I replaced them with the Primacy which I also had on my previous ES300 after about 15k miles, and the difference is startling. The Bridgestones are fine when new, but they get loud and lumpy quickly as they wear. My Primacys have about 22k on them now and they're still great.

My bad.
Yes the Serenity is a very good tire.
The EL 400 is garbage.

I have the 18" Bridgestone Turanza EL400's on my ES and I can attest that they do suck - big time. worst riding tire I've ever had. I hope they do wear out at 10k or 15k miles. I will replace with Michelin's. I only have 400 miles on my car (and tires) and am hoping i can get the dealership to swap tires for me. Avoid Bridgestone at all costs.

Just wondering, might the tires be overinflated?

Just a little. I deflated them by a few psi. It helped a little, but they still aren't smooth and they are extremely noisy

@sdloeffler: Yes, but your mileage will suffer a little too, I think.
