SOP NEW Updated AMP with white stamp 86280-0WA70/1 - Exchange unit thru United Radio

Dealership confirmed issue yesterday and new amp was ordered. Also provided them with the info on this thread. I highly recommend carrying in a printed copy that you can present to them.

Definitely looking forward to being able to listen to ML system at a higher volume with some low end in there.

RasSrq, the bass is tremendous even at low volume. Let us know what your thoughts once the replacement amp is installed.

After showing my parents this thread, they recently had the Amp replaced at their dealer in Georgia. They feel it has made a huge difference and they are now very happy. I look forward to hearing the difference myself next time I fly out to visit them.

It was done at Lexus of South Atlanta. The adress is 4025 Jonesboro Rd, Union City GA. I specifically showed them this thread last month when they ordered the replacement amp and they are now fully aware of the issue.

If the dealer calls Lexus, you should not be getting any hassles.

I sent the service manager an email this morning and also told him about the replacement at the South Atlanta dealer. I will let you know what happens.

The Service Advisor told me that they will order the new AMP and follow up in 7 to ten days for installation.
I hope it works.

My dealer called me today to say they were ordering the new amp. I will let you know when it is installed. Thank you to all on this thread who were instrumental in getting this resolved.
