Let us get organized and hit this issue head-on. How many are not happy with their Mark Levinson Systems and want Lexus to fix the sound systems in their vehicle.

I will be with my peps this weekend and see if we can start a facebook, tweet, anything. Lexus and Harman will get the idea. We live in a internet world and negativity gets around very fast.

Currently we are three and each one of us have the 300h. (I hope there are more with different vehicles)
I propose that we start a list of to do items to get what we paid for.
Step one draft a letter to Lexus & ML to document our displeasure with the audio system in our vehicle.
Step two Each one of use send the letter to the appropriate Lexus (same person) and ML department copy to organizations such as Consumer report, JD Powers, BBB , etc to get the most press coverage.
Step three… (Please add/edit all)

First, I suggest that we give the organization notice that we as a collective have an issue.
We should draft a letter to Mark S. Templin (Executive Vice President Lexus International) and Dinesh Paliwal (Charmin & CEO Harman International Industries) outlining the fact that we are not happy with the Mark Levinson Music system in our Lexus ES 300/350. The letter should outline three major flaws and request they give us a reasonable timeline to have a fix.
Let me know what everyone thinks about this.
This is only a suggestion to try to maximize our time and effectiveness please feel free to make changes, edits and options.

As mentioned earlier in this thread, the prevalence of this issue is on the 300h and so far the roll call is in line with that.
I've been (and will continue to be) on the lookout for this issue to surface, but so far so good @ 4600 miles with all kinds of music and sources, my issue so far lies in the dated infotainment system that they paired with the ML.

Lexus Champion
Lexus has been selling about 5,000 ES per month since the new gen came out. Maybe on other Lexus forums those with an issue with the ML could find others with similar problems and find possible solutions or resolution.
