I'm not going to make an internet diagnosis of your issue, because I can't. The alignment manager also shouldn't be trusted, because I have seen those same symptoms exhibited by bent axles. It vibrated on acceleration and stopped when you let off the throttle.
Take it to a good shop and they can tell you if your axles are damaged. If they say they want to replace them, tell them your plight about other shops simply throwing parts in it and not really fixing the issue, that you want them to do a good job and if they don't fix the problem because they were simply guessing, that they need to put in your OEM part and figure out what the real issue is.

I wonder what is wrong!!!
Almost you did a great job trying to solve it..
personally i got a good lesson when i bought my 2007 gs350. Never ever buy a lexues without checking each single part, otherwise you will spend a lot of money only trying to figure out what is wrong! While with same amount of money you can buy a new car..
Sir, don't be disappointed or angry because of a car!
Keep updating, hope it'll be fixed

Does your car vibrate at all the time when you speed +70 mph ?!
I would like to clarify it, the vibration was happening at 40-60 speed for only few seconds not all the time. I was lucky when I took it to that service shop in my city. He drove the car and noticed the vibration occurs during the transmission from 3 to 4.
I am not sure about yours. please double check before you replace all the parts, this is wasting money !

It feels slightly unstable at those speeds, with a mild vibration but it isn't overwhelming. That problem does not exist in my ES or Venza.
Perhaps I'll hold off on buying the parts. I'm not sure what the issue is.

If it gets worse on acceleration, it could be an axle. If it's within certain speed ranges, it could be an axle, a wheel bearing, a bad tire, or a bent wheel. The wheel bearing can be checked just by raising the car and spinning the wheel, checking for grinding or crunching noises. The wheels are best check by having them road-force balanced. Believe it or not, tires can actually be bad and won't be noticed by the standard balance machine. The machine can also detect any issues with the wheel and has a runout gauge built into it. I discovered my bent wheel and my bad tire(Bridgestone Serenity Plus) using this method.
