Help please: I looked everywhere for this part but I couldn't find it
My 2011 ES350's chrome window switch cover is worn out. Is there a way to replace it with out having to buy the whole panel?

I don't get you. The chrome part is worn, or the wood part?

If I recall from previous posts, someone had that replaced by Lexus under warranty.

You cannot buy only the chrome thing, you need the whole panel:

Also I found this helpful post:
A TSB stands for a Technical Service Bulletin.
It's a Toyota/Lexus company service document that deals with a problem in their cars that is NOT safety related.
RECALLS deal with Safety issues.
By the way, i did find the actual TSB number for the issue.
It is TSB# L-SB-0048-11
In any case, if you need to buy the chrome trim pieces, the part numbers for all 4 doors are as follows:
74236-33020
74235-33020
74276-33030
74275-33030
