, please help , lexus es 350 steering wheel is heavy/tight when turning , I don't know whats problem ? help me out please thank you

Check power steering oil/pump.

how to ceck power steering pump
thank you for your reply , I have checked the power steering , its still good and full, but don't how to check the pump , ? please help
