in reply to jkayca i did not change the coils, and yes they have been moved around and still the same issue.

so you suggest i remove some plugs and see if they are fuel wet?
when i removed the old ones they were fuel wet what does this mean?
OK if the car won't idle under 1000 rpm it is telling me you are running in open loop and are pumping to much fuel into the engine. What I don't know is are ALL plugs fouling or just one bank. Also you are most likely screwing up the O2 sensor. Does your temperature gauge move to normal as the car idles . What does the exhaust smell like , is it like raw gas. For some reason and I still suspect it is electrical the cold start (open loop) seems to be the way the engine is running and it will not go into closed loop.

Try to remove + wire from the battery for a couple of hours then try it.

the car idles at around 1000 rpm like i said before. the white smoke has a fuel smell. i stuck my finger in the exust and its oily like with moisture. i reran the computer once again and now i only receive a random misfire p0300 code. the temperature gauge goes to a normal position once it runs more than 10 mins

No check engine anymore? If so, fix the misfire first - then on to the next.. makes the most sense to fix what it tells you first before you go chasing other potential issues.
