Cracked Navigation Screen in Es350

Is it true that the cost to$14 k ??!!! Anyone had this happen or any advice>

I had the same issue, I found a screen on eBay, about $350, it had a heavier plastic screen covering than the OEM. replaced it myself, took a couple of hours. there are so many screws though. very satisfied though
