Es350 Leaking Major Antifreeze Red Fluid car white smoke underneath rightside of hood
Light film of white smoke from the right side of the hood wheel underneath the passenger wheel an slightly from the front no antifreeze in vehicle at the moment car parked an not driven since the altercation

How many miles? I think your water pump went south.

White smoke is due to antifreeze boiling on hot engine block. Could be as simple as a hole in upper radiator hose, or leaking water pump. Check upper radiator hose and outlet. Check radiator top to bottom. To view underside of water pump and radiator outlet, remove driver-side wheel/tire and the small cover in wheel well. With a strong flashlight, you'll be able to see water pump from the bottom. Don't overlook the freeze plugs - small round metal plugs about two inch in diameter; they are pressed into the engine block at various locations. They can rust through or slip out of the block.

First have you verified it is antifreeze. Does it smell sweet like antifreeze or does it smell like burnt oil. Does it feel like water or oil. Once you determine it and if it is antifreeze then for you to get a large puddle or a lot of smoke I would say you have a hose leaking somewhere. Start pulling the plastic covers and you'll most likely see the problem.

Did the car overheat?? Did the temp gauge go into the red zone??? If you have any mechanical skills just refill the system and see where it is leaking from. If you cannot do this either have the car picked up by the dealer or go to an independent shop to get it fixed.

Wouldn't temp gauge read zero if there's no coolant going past the sensor?

I doubt that the whole system was drained unless you blew a lower radiator hose so there would have been antifreeze in the system. Regardless the temp gauge would go to max and you would have other lights come on in the instrument cluster. If the engine overheated for a period of time maybe more then 5 minutes then I would be suspect of other damage. Just because there is no antifreeze in the fill tank doesn't mean the system is empty. You don't say what you are doing and this post has gone for a few days so what is the status. Is the car not being used or did you refill and find the leak or is it being repaired.

Whenever the expansion tank is found to be empty, and it was a long time (if ever) since the coolant level was checked, and there is no obvious coolant leaking/dripping anywhere, always open the radiator drain **** and see how much coolant drains out. Be aware that to fill the radiator (and the system) you have to use the radiator fill cap (that is under the plastic radiator/engine compartment cover). The fill port on the expansion tank is only to "top up" or adjust the coolant level only. If very little coolant drains out then one can assume that the system has been essentially very low in coolant quantity for a good period of time. Never a good situation, and engine damage may have occured. The loss of coolant may have been caused by the infamous coolant pump seal leakage issue, or other very slow leak. The coolant temp sensor does have to be essentially submerged in coolant to be able to sense the coolant temp so if the cooling system has lost a large amount of coolant then the temp gauge reading could be bogus. Also, the overheating condition may not have been noticed by the driver. We've seen this all before on this forum.

jagtoes makes a good suggestion, refill the radiator and/or reservoir with water, start the engine and look for leaks.
