Default Price check for 2012 CPO ES 350

Hi All,

Pretty new to purchasing a Lexus but I've been looking around the past few days in California (LA), and doing some research online. I've been e-mailing about 6-7 dealers around the area looking for an ES 350 that falls in following parameters:

2011 or 2012
Mileage around 30k-35k (or less)
No prior accident history (according to Carfax)
Certified pre-owned

and the best quote I've gotten back so far is for a 2012 ES 350 with ~29,500 miles for $27,800 out the door (tax, documentation, dmv, etc included) which is about $25,300 before any fees. I don't think there are many extra options besides the standard stuff (no navi, sound system, etc). Do you guys think that what I'm getting is a good price? KBB shows a range of $26,720-$29,121 with an average of $27,956 but I'm not sure whether that's a good indicator of whether the deal I'm getting is good or not and I'm also not sure if that price range includes any fees (probably not as I imagine fees are localized).

Thanks in advance for any help you guys could provide on whether I'm getting a decent deal or whether I should work harder on sweetening the deal!

I bought a CPO 2012 ES 350 on Oct. 26th, in San Diego. San Diego County Credit Union sponsored a multi-manufacturer CPO car sales event at Del Mar Fairgrounds.
I paid $26K (not including $308 fees or tax). The car has 26,688 miles. There was no bargaining allowed at the event. SDCCU offered 2.49 financing for 66 months.
Car has no NAV or Back Up Camera. It does have a rear spoiler. The dealership involved was San Diego Lexus.

During my research, I found SD Lexus, Tustin Lexus, and Longo tended to have fairest pricing on CPOs. I think Tustin has a fair price on a 2011 as I type this.

Thanks for the response! I ended up picking one up from Lexus of Santa Monica for about the same price and just a slightly lower mileage and the 0.9 APR special they have going on right now. Had a great experience in Santa Monica (their used car side).
