Default ES350 hesitant in the morning when gaining speed?

My 2007 Lexus ES350 is sometimes hesitant in the morning when gaining speed or may be warming up. Did not see this problem coming back from work. Any ideas what to do next?

There was some oily fluid leaking recently, is the transmission fluid supposed to be reddish?

The first thing to come to mind when you say a reddish fluid is that the water pump is leaking. Definitely look at your coolant level. If its leaking through the under body covers its pretty serious.

If its empty your dash will not show the temperature gauge going up and you WILL blow your engine.

Sorry, I meant to say it is not a transmission fluid since it's not red

Could be anything. Saying you have an "oily fluid" leaking under a car doesn't exactly narrow anything down.
You have to at least attempt to give us some more information if you want any semblance of an educated guess.

I checked engine coolant and level is good. I'm just not good with car troubleshooting, let me know what else i can check. Thanks!

Air Conditioning condensation pools under the car after drives - towards the middle of the car under where the firewall sits. Get some of your fluid on your fingers and look at the color and/or smell the fluid to try to identify it.
