LED strips question

Yesterday I discovered that my Lexus has LED strips in each headlight assembly. I like how they look. Is it possible to have auto lights on and those strips ALWAYS on when I start the car?

You would have to rewire them and tap into something that has constant power when the car is running.

I thought about this too. Just hoped there was an easier solution. I'll have them on at night only for now.
