Default New ES350 Owner Here ^_^

Hey everyone, I'm John. And as you can see by the title, I just traded in my truck for a 2009 White ES350 w/30K miles. I did not plan to trade the truck in, but after an accident, I decided to do it. Here's a quick rundown of my previous DD.

2005 Toyota Tundra DoubleCab

Modifications:
  • 4.7L V8 w/VVTi
  • Airaid Cold Air Intake
  • JBA Cat4wrd Headers
  • Flowmaster 40 series exhaust
  • QTP Electric Exhaust Cutout
  • Tuff Country 5" Lift
  • RCD Bilstein Shocks (6.5" Lift total)
  • Tuff Country 1" AAL
  • 4:56 Gears
  • TrueTrac Eaton Detroit Locker
  • 17" KMC Revolver Wheels
  • 35" (315/70/17) Hankook Dynapros
  • Fabtec Bed Mounted Spare Tire Mount
  • 20% Windshield Tint
  • 5% Window Tint
  • 35w 10K Hi/Lo HID Headlights
  • 35w 10K HID Fog Lights
  • V-LEDs LED Tail Light Bulbs
  • V-LEDs LED SwitchBack Turn Signals
  • Custom Tinted Tail Lights
  • '04 Sequoia Clear Corners
  • VIS Racing "Outlaw Type 1" Fiberglass Hood
  • Pioneer AVH-P3100DVD Head Unit
  • DVD Park Bypass
  • Rockford Fosgate 500w Amp
  • Two 8" Rockford Fosgate Subs
  • CravenSpeed Stubby Antenna

Pics:

Now, I plan on doing quite a bit to the ES350. But I like to research ideas and see what I like before I just do it. So without further delay, here's the new ride already tinted with 20% on the windshield and 5% all around.

Plans:
  • De-Badge "Lexus" and "ES350" On Trunk
  • Remove all chrome accents.
  • White Lexus Emblem with black background on grill and trunk.
  • Tinted Tail Lights with Turn Signals Cleared.
  • Wrapped Roof in Black
  • 35w 10K HID Headlights & Hi's
  • 35w 10K or 3K HID Fogs. Haven't decided.
  • Black Simple wheels.
  • Slightly lowered.
  • Pioneer AVH-X1500 DVD Head Unit
  • 2 Headrest Monitors (For the Kid)
  • 15" Kicker L5 Subwoofer
  • Custom Built Fiberglass Box
  • And more. ^_^

So any and all suggestions or comments are welcome! I'm loving this car so far! I'm just not used to being so low to the ground. The MPG's are making it easier for me to make the move though. The truck got 10MPG.

Lexus rear spoiler changes the look of the car. Suggest that.

Thanks. Definitely have been looking at it and will most likely get it. Tomorrow the roof will get wrapped just like this:

Today I de-badged the "Lexus" and "ES 350" off the back and removed the front plate.

The Debaged rear makes that look really nice if i may make a sugjestion also the Lexus Rear trunk and front grill emblem
have it painted to match the car
the dealer near me that does allot of real hot custom work quoted me 140 for new emblems painted to match
and i think that that would look really awesome on the ES of yours

P.S that Mark VIII in the garage is that a 97 or 98 ? love it they are one of my long time favorites i had a 3 a 98 spring edition and two 98 Collector Editions i think they where the best cars i ever had

Thanks! The front grill will be plasti-dipped in black and the emblem will be dipped in white. The rear logo will be black and the chrome around the windows will also be black. The tail lights will be tinted and the bulbs will be replaced with ultra-bright LEDs. Headlights are also going to HID as well as the fogs. The Mark VIII is a '98. Absolutely great car, never had any issues with it.

Here's my stereo upgrade - https://www.clublexus.com/forums/es3...-a-2007-a.html

Look at any sub besides Kicker. What's your goal? SPL? SQ? Combination? There are a dozen companies that make better subs for less and if there are any problems, you can usually talk to the owner. I run PSI recones in mine. http://psicaraudio.com/ David can build you a sub that fits your needs. I've been to his shop and seen his work.

Thanks for the link, I'll check it out! I'm definitely going for a combination of both. I want clarity, but I'm also a bass freak. I'm working out a deal with an audio installer near my house that's willing to trade I.T work for Audio Equipment. So we'll figure something out.
