ES350 Phase one
This is Phase one of my 2007 ES350, I chose to start with my inside because I love my music but I also wanted my system to be clean and all about SQ (Sound Quality). We all know the ES Sound system sucks goat ***!!! I wanted to keep the stock look and did not want my trunk rattling like some Ghetto Chevy Impala. So I did tons of research on some of the best systems out there and came up with what I feel is almost a perfect system for me (I say almost because I had to swap some things out, trial and error is a B$%ch)
After going to this awesome place called Showtime Audio In Chicago for the install this is what I got with my very limited budget. Jerry and the guys over there know there stuff and give the best customer service, period.
Audio List:
Factory Lexus navigation system
PARROT MKi9200 Bluetooth system (connected to a 500 GB hard drive)
Audison Bit One
JL Audio 1000/1v2 Amplifier
JL Audio 12W7AE Sub Woofer (in a Sealed Enclosure)
Massive Audio CK 6x Component Speakers for the front (200 Watts RMS )
Soon to be replaced by CDT AUDIO HD 62's
Massive Audio SX 5 Co Axial Speakers for the rear (80 Watts RMS)
Soon to be replaced by the front speaks (CK 6X's)
Alpine MRX F65 for my interior speakers (110 Watts X 4)
Your thoughts please?

The Parrot BT did you install that just for the 500gb harddrive ?
or do you rahter use that then the BT in the car ?
or does it not have to do with the BT for the Phone it allows you to stream BT audio ?
the HD it has can you connect SD or Micro SD or usb drives ?

Mostly yes, I wanted to have an unlimited resource for my all of my music. I hate cords hanging from stuff so out goes that stupid AUX cord and my stock system doesnt come with streaming bluetooth (not to mention that the Lexus bluetooth sounds like crap to whoever I am talking to) so I opted for the MKi9200.
My wife says that the bluetooth (for conversation) sounds much better with the Parrot than the Lexus system. I guess its the noise canceling and the double microphone on the Parrot.
The MKi9200 does streaming music, works with you ipod, has an AUX plug. It also uses SD info from the card for music and allows for USB connections as well. I love this lil thing. The screen is awesome and the wireless controller makes it even better. F.Y.I. Your hard drive/ thumb drive must be formatted in fat32 for pc (32GB Limit) or MS-DOC for MAC (unlimited)

cool thankss or explaingin
i am looking more for something with a with USB and SD card Reading capable
or even a HD that i can take out and load all my stuff on
i hardly talk on the phone and when i do it seems to come out ok no complaints
i wonder what there is out there for me for what i want id really just don't like cords either and don't like takeing my phone out of my pocket and with the aux i have to take it out find somewhere that i want to put it and worry about remembering it when done
but i want to be able to keep use of my factory system i like to see the songs i have on and info
i don't really want some other box on the dash or any buttons places like to keep stock as possible

I dont think you will find anything better than the parrot line. they have all the features that you say you are looking for except for not liking the external screen which can be hidden if necessary.

Is there a plug and play harness that allows you to connect the parrot to the factory sound system? I would like to have it fully integrated with the factory system, rather than riding over the AUX input.
Thanks
Thanks
