Default caster issue failed alighment ?

Ok so the Dealer called me a little why'll ago to let me know that the car would not be ready today they are makeing sure its perfect before it leaves the dealer

now they called and said that it went for allighment and it failed
i asked why and how the Body Shop rep told me the caster was out they are fixing it and should be ready tomorrow

my question is the Caster is not adjustable
so aren't there only 3 ways the caster could be off and only a few ways it could be fixed ?

first the Control arm could be bent and that could have the caster numbers not in spec

also the cradle could be shifted or bent
or they just didn't get the strut towes messured up perfect when they did the structual work ?

am i missing anyting on there for what could be the problem ?

second the way to fix it
if it was the cradle bent it would have to have the cradle replaced but isn't the cradle part of the rail ?
wich would mean they have to put it on a frame machine and pull it to spec

second if its the control arm then that would have to be replaced

3rd they could do a shotty quick fix the cheap cheater way and elongate the strut town and strut ?

am i missing anything here

on what could be the cause ?

i know one thing i am taking to a indy shop and its going to be a aliment shop they will check and have them go over everything if the dealer tried to cheat by elongating the holes im going to be upset and they will pay one way or another

but before i go getting all pissy at them im just trying to cover my bases here and understand if there is another reason the caster could be off and what the only logical way they could possibly have it ready for me by close tomorrow at noon like they said
