Default Help Me...Codes galore...need some insight...

Hello,
Hoping somebody can shed some light on a list of codes I got on my 2007 ES350.
While driving last night - about 2 minutes into the ride my check VCS digital display came on, ecl light and TRAC indicator came on. I read through these threads before posting and see many have experienced this...using everyones past recommendations, I headed to AutoZone to get the Pcodes. Now that I have them, I am lost as to what to do with them.... Can someone help fill in the blanks/confirm and maybe even help me understand what they mean before I rush off to the dealer and spend money I cant afford to waste at the moment?

Here are the codes: (Ive notes beside each, what I was able to find for them - feel free to correct...

P1201 - brakes/calibers
P0371 timing reference High Res A too many pulses
P0057 oxygen sensor
P1271
P1272
P1273
P1274
P1275
P1277
P1278 air fuel ratio
P1281

Pardon if the answer to these is obvious - Im a girl - who admittedly knows very little about this...but appreciate any insight any of you may be able to offer....

Thank you in advance

dont have time to do any research now but usually the first few codes are the key ones and the rest disappear after those are sorted. so i dont know if u sorted the numbers or if they came up in that order in the readings.

You have an engine operating/performance issue.......the P1201 code has nothing to do with brakes........it's an engine air/fuel metering fault code. The P0371 code is a camshaft sensor/circuit code, I believe, & which could be the root cause of the problem. You can look them up here: http://www.actron.com/code_lookup.php
