The red one also has passenger seat memory, and drivers seat extender(for thigh support). Look to see if an iPod adapter was on installed on the red one. It's standard equipment for the black one. How much warranty comes with the 08? Could make a large difference if you are planning to keep it past the CPO period.

Another came to mind- the 08 will have led interior lighting, the other regular light bulbs. The led"s look very cool at night, but are not nearly as bright.

were the chrome strips on the doors an option in '10? I thought they were standard, but the one shown above doesn't have them.

so you put 5000 miles on a car in how long but are worried about racking up mileage. You put 22" wheels on a car that came stock with 17s or 18s and don't like the way it brakes?

Dude..ITS A LEXUS! You're SUPPOSED to put miles on them. Also, you won't lose resale due to mileage as fast as you burn THOUSANDS in taxes and fees and finance charges by trading cars that often. Ask me how I know.

Had you considered taking the money you're about to **** away and spending it on upgrading the brakes for those 22's, you'd probably be loving the car.

The LS is a very reliable car. Stack away a little cash every month and you can hang onto it and be able to cover any breakages not to mention not bury yourself further in car debt.

Price wise they are only ~10% apart, mileage is low on both so not a big diff, I would go with the one that I like better

Reliability and quality wise - you are buying a Lexus. ES consistently ranks among top of their segment in all reliability/dependability studies so you won't go wrong with either model year...

I'd pick the red one. Personally I'm not a fan of the chrome door strips on the '10+, interior upgrades werent substantial either. More options on the '08 and $3k less, it's a no brainer for me.

Hey I have the Black Lexus with the Interior of the Red Car with full screen and bluetooth and all of the new gadgets and back cameras for reversing. I'll let it go for $24,000. That's about the best I can do. and I'll personally deliver the car to you myself. I could go as low as $23000, but don't want to really lose money upon delivery. I can share pictures with you and everything tomorrow. The car has a transferable 5 year warranty or till it hits 25,000 more miles.

email me xstillfly@gmail.com I have another nice luxury car and it wouldn't hurt to help you out with this.

P.S. The car is in Mint Condition

here is the car and all the pictures and exact information.

The 2010 with navigation ( not mark levinson) has a worse audio system compared to the 2008. i use to preivously own a 2008 Red car with no navigation and the audio is awesome on a a Lexus premium . particularly with the Driver Position , The center speaker gives a sweet mid range and the surround is awesome. But the 2010 with navigation does not pour music audio through the center speaker, The center speaker is just for navigation..it sucks and the audio is not great. If somebody knows how to activate the center speaker for music, please let me know

The difference in mileage is irrelevant. I personally like the nav and wouldn't buy a car without it, though my 2007 software is a bit dated.
