Hi,

so I have a 2010 ES350 UL and a BB Z10. I am able to pair (via VT) without a hitch, sync my contacts (via BT), but for some reason I am unable to see the name of the person calling (driving or not driving).

I used to have a BB 9630 Tour synced to my 2010 ES, which worked fine....driving or not driving, when someone called, I would see the callers name.....I've been searching all the threads, and I believe also tried every permutation within the settings on my phone, but I cannot figure this issue out.....

One suspected reason for this I thought is that when someone calls, the display in the Nav say "+1XXXXXXXXXX". This "1" is what I'm thinking is the culprit, I have played with the phone settings (smart dialing), Country Code (+1, Canada), Area Code (XXX) and National Number Length "10" with no success...

any help or feedback would be greatly appreciated.....

Seems like the BB 10.1 OS update corrected this issue......
