Any suggestion on how easy or hard to fix this bumper dent on my ES350?

Est cost?

Could we fix it ourselves?

how do we get the white stain around the dent, seems like its stuck.

How about popping out the dent, it's hard to access the bumper from the bottom or side to put my hands to push it out.

its really easy to access the front bumper.

if you want to do it yourself, your probably going to need to take it off and work on it when its OFF the car.

as for the white stains, most of it should buff out if its not into the paint.

Thanks, 1sWt2GS.

I took it to few body shops and all of them quoted anywhere from $850 to $1050 to replace the bumper and/or fix it.

So I decided to do it myself and got most of the white stains out by buffing, but the scratch is deep - not sure how to fix that. Any suggestion?

I also went and got a touch-up paint from Lexus, not sure how it'll turn-out since the scratches are long and deep.

For the deep scratches, you can follow this chip repair thread. It seems daunting at first, but you'll be fine!
