it can be done. But it's extremely expensive and will take a lot of work.

you're better off buying an aftermarket double din kit and installing an aftermarket deck.

possibly because dealerships at-least all the ones i have run into basically i call there service tech's part's changer's
so they get trained on how to change a part but not how to add a part that wasn't there or
liability reasons it would take to long since they never did it
and they are volume shops also in and out is all they care about sometimes

For what it would cost to install an OEM nav unit you might be better off trading your car for a 2008-2010 model with nav. Otherwise, aftermarket seems the way to go.

stay away from the tint world on Sample road in Pompano Beach Deerfield Beach area near near powerline road
the guy there doesn't know how to install dash kits properly and his fix for screwing **** up is to glue it when he brakes the wrong tab on the kits then when glue getts all over the dash mounting kit and other areas he will try and talk you into covering parts in carbon fiber or other stuff so that he doesn't have to pay for the proper parts to be repaired he screwed up my car and all i wanted was a steering wheel harness control installed for my cadillac lol

anyways when and if you do decide to go aftermarket
i think Pioneer makes a great unit iv used them for years
i have a X930BT unit i took out of my cadillac it is actuly with pioneer now having it unlocked because i forgot the passlock on it so it had to be reset but if you want it hit me up and we can figure numbers out
