I just replaced the battery in my 2007 ES 350 and now my CD player/changer is inop. I can hear the CD's cycling/loading (my assumption) but the CD player isn't being recognized by the nav/audio system. The radio works OK. I've disconnected the neg terminal of the battery and let set for 1 hr (I was told this would reset the system and cure the issue) but no help.

I've read many posts on other sites that deal with what appears to be the same issue on other cars but have yet to find a solution. Can anyone please offer advice? Thanks.
