Default turning off 'no seatbelt ' Chime

Hi Spent a bunch of time at Tustin Lexus today. reconfirmed that the '10 , '11 or '12 ES350 with Parchment (tan ) interior is what i want.

The driver's seat is excellent! I was wondering if the 'no seatbelt ' chime that starts going off, can be disabled ?
