Brake Rotors and Pad replacement

Hi Guys,

can you all suggest which Brake Rotors and Pads for lexus es350 2007 as replacements for both front and rear. What to look for while choosing rotors and pads?

Any ideas on the price and where to get it done. Lexus dealer is quoting 1300 for this.

$1,300. I would trade the car in before I paid that!! You need a second opinion from a reputable garage for this.
