Hey guys,
Haven't been on here much,I took delivery of my new 2015 Jaguar F-Type coupe a little over a month ago and have been trying to get as much seat time as possible because I love driving this car!
Wifey is enjoying her ES350 which just turned 25k last week...here's the new steed:

Welcome back to the boards! Its been a while.
Thats a great looking car right there with an amazing color combo. The exterior styling of the f-type is amazing.
Hope you liked the grill and it wasnt too bad of an install. Those 2 underside hidden grill screws are the worst.
Did you also end up selling off the rest of your fleet and getting the funny car up?

Great driver's car, this one's equipped with the base supercharged 340hp with the 8-speed ZF paddle shifters and it's so nicely balanced,I wouldn't know what to do with the 550hp R model...
Believe it of not,I never installed the grille,it's still sitting in the box...we're undecided on whether we like the look versus the stock grille so no,I haven't tackled that project yet.
The '70 Z/28 and the '70 Chevelle SS454 are both gone, ran the '69 Z/28 through Mecum here in Monterey last August but it stalled at $52k before their fees so I'll keep it through the winter and market it again in the fall.
It's running so well that I won't regret having my last bit of fun with it before she's gone...Now I have the '28 Roadster and the Jag to play with so I'm satisfied there.
The funny car is coming along slowly, chassis is here locally getting modified before powder coating and the motor is being built in FL...you can check out all the progress here:

Have fun and enjoy the ride. I looked at a convertible before I bought my XKR . It was a little to small for my needs and the coupe was to crowded. I like the lines . Also the V8 version was a little out of my price range and I didn't want to get the V6 so I went for a used 510HP V8 convertible with only 6000 miles on it. . So once again have fun and don't hurt yourself.
