As I left the office Today. I went directly to the trunk of my 08 ES and pressed the manual button above the license plate. I do this often. I heard a single beep as if I had unlocked the door. I opened the trunk to deposit my stuff, closed the truck and noticed the drivers door had unlocked. The remote was never touched.

Maybe something in your pocket his the button or you leaned up against the car and hit the button. Or you left your car unlocked. But I've never had that happen.

That has happened to me. I've leaned against the car with the FOB in my front pocket to get something out of the trunk or seat and unlocked the car . It is an eerie feeling, though.

The fob was in my shirt pocket and did not come into contact with anything. I was wondering if it was a signal from the alarm system that someone had tampered with the car. ???
