Has anyone tried to install retractable side mirror (aka power folding side mirror) for Lexus es350 model?

Good question, wonder if you'd need the actual different mirror, with the gearing mechanism. I'd like to get the 10+ with the turn signals. But then i'd need the ruby red too, which they don't have on the 10+. Dang.
