I phone 4s
DOES ANYONE HAVE A 2011 ES 350 AND USES AN APPLE IPHONE 4S.
1. DOES IT GO TO SPEED DIAL DIRECTLY WHEN USING PHONE HOOK ON STEERING WHEEL.
2. DOES CALLER ID SHOW UP ON NAV SCREEN.
LEXUS ENFORM PAGE SAYS IT SHOULD....................MINE DOES NOT..........

On the Steering Wheel
1. Press the Off-Hook button
On the Navigation System
1. Select Speed Dial
2. Select the entry you wish to dial
Note: If the vehicle is in motion, pressing the Off-Hook steering wheel button will transition directly to the "Speed Dial" screen.
Handsfree system displays incoming caller identification
