I'm trying to figure out how to stream Pandora from my blackberry using the auxiliary in my 2007 ES 350. When I plug it up, the music isn't coming through the car stereo. Anybody have any suggestions?

Does it work when you plug in headphones to your bb? I run my phone via aux all the time. Make sure you turn the volume on the bb all the way up after plugging in the aux cable. Some phones remember the volume setting the last time headphones were plugged in, maybe it is too far down?

I've never tried using headphones, so i'm not sure. I'll try to turn the volume up and see if that might help. Is there a certain type of Aux cord that needs to be used with the bb or a certain setting that the phone needs to be on to work?

I use an old cord from a monitor - here at work they have a ton of them, it's just a 3.5" stereo to 3.5" stereo cord, nothing fancy (it even has bright green ends lol). As long as the stereo is on "AUX" you should hear it. If you're in doubt regarding the blackberry outputting a signal, take a known good source (ipod, other mp3 player) and make sure the cord isn't damaged. Aside from that, if there's still an issue I would stop by the dealer and see what they think.

Again, on any "aux" source that doesn't put out a line level signal, you'll need to turn the source device up. In my experience, the whole way up. Some devices like being backed off of "max" just a little for clear sound (older car head unit) - but the Lexus appears to do just fine with even a slightly hot signal.
