I got an ES350 2010 brand new in 2010, now it has 15000M and I just found out problem with passenger side wiper: It is very noisy ONLY when heavy raining and go down (No noise when going up) . Asked the service rep at Lexus dealer, he did not check it but simply told me that the blade worn out and not cover under warranty . Is it correct? Please, advise me. Thanks

You might try replacing the blade insert yourself and see if that solves the problem. If it does, you're good to go, if not you can go back to the dealership and show them that wasn't the problem.

Noisy wiper usually means blade needs replacement. Especially on this car.

Clean the blade with some silicone on a paper towel.

Original wiper blades? Just replace them.

I replace mine at least once a year. Get refills for much cheaper if you consider yourself handy. If not, they can probably install the refills for you. No point in purchasing the whole blade unless it's broken or something.
