Default rattle from "B" pillar

Annoying "tock" when starting, stopping and speed bumps that seems to come from seat belt outlet area of "b" pillar but could be from front area of the rear door or even the rear seat [or seatback] area. To their credit, Lexus service has spent maybe three hours trying to locate, at N/C to me on 2007 es cpo car.
Anyone got a clue on this one?
Thanks

I have that rattle. Decided the seat belt height adjuster was too loose and the cause of the rattle. Removed the pillar trim and put foam around all the loose parts... but nope wasn't that
