1. What MP3 players are compatible with USB adapter.

I use a simple 32gb USB stick memory. Transfered all my mp3 and just leave it in the car. I use the car interface to scroll through the songs.
I also got a short extension cable so the usb stick can sit in the bottom of the tray, on the '10s it would stick straight out and would probably break otherwise.

I use an LG it was a snap to connect and transfer the address book. I'm sure Lexus or Verizon will help you if needed.
