Default courtesy lights are dim

2008 es350 anyone have a way to brighten the courtesy lights, they don't give off much light.

Replace with LED lamps.
I did so, and it's not difficult.

For the record, they are already LEDs. I think the dim orange color was an ambience choice. I've seen the white LED replacement bulbs and it's too bright IMO but to each their own

By courtest lights I assumed the foot well lights, which are LEDs.

The interior lights of my 2010 are all incandescent lamps; wedge base (vanity, door courtesy, front interior) and double-end tubular (in the rear seating area).
There are equivalent form-factor LEDs for each which throw more light.
You can select whether you want blue/white (colder) or warm white in hue.
