24.5 long term average over 10,000 miles. Mix of hwy and secondary roads and town too. I do have a lead foot and love to go WOT at most any oportunity or just for fun. Mobile 1 oil 5/20 wt. , 93 octane and 30 psi in the tires for the better ride. This is not a complaint! Very Happy with the car! Just wondering if anyone gets lower mileage than this.

My average is 18-21 mpg, around 90% in suburbia. Always first away for the stop light.
My '07 Impala SS is around 13 mpg.

I get 26 on the Lex but 10 on the Ferrari.

Average 21 in the 1st 3600 miles with combo driving. Then again I have a bit of a heavy foot.

I averaged a tick over 30mpg when driving the car home from TX (1100 miles of interstate).

Now that I'm driving in stop/go traffic commuting to and from work (27 miles each way) the average readout is around 22-24 as long as I don't stand on the gas too many times, which seems to happen more often because I can't sit behind people driving less than the posted speed limit.

Is this unnatural? This morning I drove on I-85 South to my work, going past downtown Atlanta, my MPG was showing 35.4 when I reached my destination. Of course, traffic was thick at certain points, but I kept a steady pace between 65 to 70 MPH without hardly braking.

My wife drives on hwy alot but at 85 and ac on and gets about 27 to 28. We get 26 in town. Suburb roads (55 mph) like over 30 more like 35 plus. We drive kinda slow but I punch it here and there. 93oct and 4500miles so far.

For me I'm stuck on a lot of 2 lane roads behind these turds. Funny how often they're Saturn owners.. but that's another conversation entirely.

I really have to stand on the gas to get around people and back into my lane. Double yellow or not, I'll pass if I got room, especially when on the cycle.

400 miles. Got 26 first tank half city half highway. This tank all city getting 22on 91 octane seems low

For good mileage 55-65 mph is a sweet spot, but anything much over 30 mpg is not real. You should always subtract 1-2 mpg, because the comp is tending to be optimistic. Also there may be some imperceptible down slope or tailwind that gives you those miraculous numbers.
A couple of things to improve the mileage (without sacrificing the fun of driving): keep the tires well inflated (mine are at 34-35 psi), and have a clean air filter (the engine is doing work when overcoming aspiration resistance).

I calculate my real world mileage by filling the tank until no more can enter without major spillage in Wilkes Barre, PA. Arrive at my destination (usually Cleveland), then fill up without major spillage. Take the miles driven from the trip odometer (zeroed out at the start). Do the calculations and the number is the real world mpg. Last trip was over 4th of July weekend, calculation was 31.2 mpg with 3 adults, 5 cats in their own individual pet carriers and a full trunk of luggage. A/C on / 75 mph on the interstates / 1 stop for lunch.

I am a new owner of a 2010 ES350. So far I love the car. In past cars I have used K&N air filters. They are supposed to improve mileage. Have any of you tried after market air filters? Please advise. TR

I have one in my '07 Impala SS. Saw a very slight increase in mpg, maybe 1/2 mile mpg increase. Bought it for extra power, saw that slight too. I have cleaned them and re-oiled them but in the past, I over oiled them and caused problems in the air system, gumming it up.
