Default Click Sound When Turning The Steering If Turn Signal Is Applied

My 07 ES350 is having a click sound when I turn the steering, only if the turn signal is applied. I saw that there is "TSIB ST001-07 (2007 LEXUS ES 350): STEERING INTERMEDIATE SHAFT NOISE" but that has nothing to do with turn signal.

Does anyone know if that is normal or not? Thanks!

There's nothing wrong with your steering. It's supposed to work that way. The clicking you hear is the mechanism that engages - as you turn the wheel - that cancels the turn signal. You'll notice that when you return the steering wheel to the straight position, the signal turns off. This is how it works.

Some cars are quieter than others in this regard. For example, Mercedes-Benz's mechanism is much louder than Toyota's.
