Default 2010 ES 350 Replacement accelerator pedal

After my accelator pedal was shaved, I requested a new pedal unit. I just had the 2010 ES 350 replacement accelerator pedal installed. There is no visible difference between the old one and the new one and no noticable feel in the operation of the two versions. Maybe I will have a new improved solenoid in the new unit!!. The label on the pedal is DENSCO.
My LEXUS dealer in Oklahoma stated that the 10,000 mile oil change with synthetic Lexus oil is limited to the RX 350 due to EMMISION REGULATIONS by the EPA! They did state that I could use the 7,500 oil change with synthetic oil on my 2010 ES 350 and that the warranty would still be in force.
My mileage on a 1,000 trip was 30 mpg with an average speed of 75 mph, using 91 octane gas and 34 lbs in the Michelin Primacy tires.
I subscribed to the 48 hour $15 Lexus TSIB site and observed that there were no service alerts or repair sheets on the 2010 ES 350 as of May 1, 2010.
This is a wonderful car.

Glad to hear from another satisfied 2010 ES350 owner - I agree it is a great car. Did your car come with Michelin Primacy tires or did you have them changed out? Mine has Michelin MXVR S8's - a more expensive but I believe less desirable tire.

I arranged to have the Michelins S8's replaced with the Primacy tires for $300 exchange with only 150 miles on the new S8's by an local tire dealer. The Primacy tires are H rated which is plenty of safety for me. Tirerack's report on the Primacy tires comparing the S8 and the Bridgestone EL400 indicated a DRAMATIC improvement in all tire performance columns - A very easy choice in tire selection. I had no trouble setting the tire pressure indicator after the tires were exchanged. 34 lbs does not make the car ride rough.
