Default Rims/tires lease return

I let my brother take my 08 ES350 out last night and got it back with 2 blown tires. Says he ran over a sidewalk median after swerving to avoid another car...so I get the car back w/ 2 blown out (brand new) tires and upon closer look the rims are slightly bent on the inside of the rim... This is my 1st leased Lexus so I'm not sure what costs I'm going to incur when I turn in the lease. So a few questions arise:

1. Should I report to my insurance (high deductible) and have them replace the rims and tires? Does insurance cover my tires? I could just have 2 new tires installed on the slightly bent rims.
2. I called Lexus financing, got transferred somewhere, where I was told that all 5 tires (spare included) HAD to be the same exact make/model. I leased a few cars before and never heard of the spare tire having to be the same exact model of tire. Isn't it the speed rating of the tire that has to equivalent to the original tires?
3. Will I be charged for the rims at lease return if I don't repair them? Do they even check rims when returning a lease? Can't I also just have the rims repaired?

You are right the Lexus lease calls for 5 matching tires with I believe 4/32" if tread remaining. I would either get the rims repaired by a good wheel shop or probably just look for two take-offs on ebay etc. That might be cheaper than having them replaced as I have seen complete sets (4) of new wheels and tires for as little as $300.

I wouldn't get into this with my insurance company.

Ditto on the 5 matching tires for the lease. E-bay motors your best bet.
