I justs ordered a 2010 ES 350 silver exterior/black interior which will arrive in December 2009.
I noticed on the Lexus/China press release on 9-8-09 that the following items were listed for China models, but were not included in the Lexus/USA press release with text and photos on 9-18-09 as relating to changes on the US 2010 ES 350 model:

Improvement on the manual shift mode of the Super ECT transmission.
An optimized front suspension damping stabilizer.
Further optimized design for quietness on the Automatic Climate Control.
No mention of the use of 87 octane gasoline.
Retracting L & R outside rear wiew mirrors.
Wood strip on the rear seat AC outlet console surface above the 2 vents.

Does anybody have any updates on the above listed items?

I was just at the Lexus dealer in ATL on 9/18, bought my wife an 05 ES 330. Really nice, anyway, I was talking to the finance manager about changes to the 2010 ES and he said that by now they usually receive some 'spy shots' of any changes BUT he said they had not received any. He said he does not believe there will be any changes in 2010. So it looks like we will just have to wait and see.....

I was informed today that the 2010 ES 350 production started 8-25-09 in Japan and the first cars will arrive in the US late September, with delivery to the dealers a few weeks later, ie. mid to late October. I was told that the brochures and detailed technical specifications will arrive at the same time the cars arrive at the dealerships. The factory will ramp up production in the 4th quarter 2009 to make up for lost production in the prior 3 quarters in 2009. The cost of the 2010 ES will be $1200 less than the same 2009 models because many options will be standard. Has any body heard anything different?
