For some reason Lexus cars are just not photogenic...but they sure look good in person...
There are several reasons, which include how the styling and shapes of the car play off real-world light when in person making them look more dynamic in-person. Also there are the subtleties and details that Lexus is known for which you can't always notice in pictures. Finally how the styling, shapes, subtleties and details all play off each other and how they look together is hard to get a sense of in pictures.
Previous-generation Lexus models for the most part looked similar in person as they did in pictures.
The L-Finesse current generation of Lexus models are less photogenic due to the above-mentioned factors.
